Whether you want to eat healthier, choose better ingredients, or try a plant-based diet, this recipe will impress you!

The spicy cauliflower bites from Good Planet

Ingredients:
● 1 head of cauliflower
● 1/2 cup of water
● 1 cup of all-purpose flour
● 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
● 1/4 teaspoon salt
● 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
● 1 cup of vegan hot buffalo sauce

Directions:
1. Line baking sheet (s) with parchment paper or grease very well with oil. Depending on the oven, preheat your oven to 400-425 degrees.
2. Wash the cauliflower head and cut into bite-sized pieces / florets.
3. Mix the water / flour and spices in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix until the batter is thick and can coat the cauliflower without dripping.
4. Dip the cauliflower into the batter. Shake off any excess batter before placing the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Place the cauliflower in one layer on the baking sheet.
5. Bake until golden brown for 20 minutes, turning the florets halfway so that all sides are golden brown and crispy.
6. When the cauliflower is baked for the first time, take it out of the oven and place all the baked florets in a mixing bowl with the wing sauce and toss them evenly.
7. Place the cauliflower back on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until it is the desired crispness.
8. Have fun!

Professional tip: If you cut the cauliflower into flat, thin layers, you can enjoy it as a “deep-fried buffalo-chicken” sandwich – top it with the spicy paprika cheese of the good planet!
