Will Smith doesn’t take days off.
The Bad Boys for Life star gave fans a glimpse of his powerful body after starting his fitness journey following his coronavirus quarantine in May.
Smith, 53, documented his gym workout in a new video posted on TikTok Sunday of lifting heavy weights, doing pull-ups, and running on a track while flexing his bulging muscles.
The video shows Smith looking more and more torn as time went on.
“And to think that Sundays were earlier for muffins 😂” he captioned the post, adding a hashtag to show he is in “the best shape of” [his] Life.”
Fans flocked to the comment section to cheer the actor on after he committed to his weight loss goals.
“Beast mode 💪🏾” commented a fan on the post.
“That’s EVERYTHING ️❤️❤️🔥🔥” commented a second.

Smith completely turned things around for himself after announcing in May that he was in “the worst shape of his life” for being in quarantine through heavy snacking amid the coronavirus pandemic. At the time, he was honest with fans and shared a shirtless photo showing his shocking weight gain.

That same month, Smith vowed to get things started, take his health seriously, and shed the extra pound.
“This is the body that carried me through a whole pandemic and countless days through the pantry,” the actor captioned an Instagram video at the time. “I love this body, but I want to feel better. No more midnight muffins … that’s it! “

Smith was not kidding and saw that he had achieved his goal just five months later.
