In the past few years, the gluten-free trend has just exploded. Gluten is mainly found in wheat, rye, and barley. While some opt for a completely gluten-free diet, others believe in a balanced intake. Eating a gluten-free diet is important for people with celiac disease – an autoimmune disease – or people who are allergic to wheat. If you’re more prone to gluten-free snacks, here is a healthy, yet delicious option. Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shared a simple cookie recipe you can have without worrying about calories. This could also be the best cookie choice for those following vegan nutrition tables.

In the headline on Instagram Reels, Yasmin wrote: “These vegan and gluten-free bites are the perfect size and are great for a small dessert.” The ingredients she used for this lip smacking recipe are cookie butter, cup of toasted almond flour, cup of jaggery syrup, a scoop of protein powder, vanilla extract, dark chocolate chips, and melted dark chocolate.

Here’s how you can make the cookie dough bites:
Mix together 1/2 cup of biscuit butter, 1/2 cup of toasted almond flour, 1/4 cup of jaggery syrup, 1 scoop of protein powder, dark chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into tiny balls and dip them in 1 cup of melted dark chocolate.

Previously, Yasmin had shared a healthy apple and peanut butter bite recipe. “Here’s one of my favorite crunchiest, tastiest combinations that I love to nibble on to satisfy my cravings,” she said on her social media post. It was made with nutrient-rich ingredients like green apple, peanut butter, granola, and dark chocolate.

Recently, Yasmin had also shared a recipe for an immunity-boosting kadha that she made with lime juice, tulsi leaves, fresh ginger, cloves, and turmeric. “It’s a traditional drink made from Indian herbs and spices that can help you fight a cough, cold, fever and sore throat. It’s what I drank every day during my quarantine period to help boost my immunity,” had she wrote the description.
