We partnered with Billie Jo Beef and Pork to create an awesome Texarkana / East Texas / Southwest Arkansas cookbook. It’s the month of June and Billie Jo Beef and Pork has some great incentives this month for $ 100 for the best bacon recipe. I mean, everything tastes a little better with bacon, doesn’t it? So put together your best bacon recipe and send it to kickercookbook@billiejobeefandpork.com along with your full contact details. If you do, your recipe could be featured on the Billi Jo Beef and Pork website with your recipe in an instruction video on how to make it, and if you’re really lucky, it could make it onto the Kicker website as well.
