NEW EMPLOYEES
Corey Seigel
The Scarborough retiree community hired Piper Shores Corey Seigel as director of food and nutrition. Seigel will oversee all food and nutrition activities for residents of the 138 acre oceanfront campus. He brings over 33 years of experience in the food industry that includes country clubs, restaurants, fine hotels and his own business.
Rinck Advertising from Lewiston has discontinued Chad Vander Lugt as Executive Creative Director. Vander Lugt will lead the company’s creative, studio and digital departments for branding and strategic campaign development. He will work remotely from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he was Executive Creative Director at HenkinSchultz advertising agency.
Sebago Technics has expanded its team to include five specialists:
Dana Burbank
Dana Burbank joined the company as a 3D modeler and computer-aided design technician. Burbank previously served as a school counselor for nearly a decade.
David Jacques
David Jacques was hired as a project appraiser. Jacques brings more than 30 years of experience in land surveying and mapping geographic information systems. He has several years of experience working for local surveying companies.
Andrew Tufts
Andrew Tufts was hired as a landscaper. Tufts previously worked as a city planner for the city of Portland. He has been running his own landscape design office since 2009.
Savannah Smith
Savannah Smith was hired as a surveyor. Smith has a master’s degree in mathematics.
Caitlyn Abbott
Caitlyn Abbott has returned to Sebago Technics as project delivery coordinator. She has over 11 years of civil engineering and project management experience. Most recently, she worked for the Portland Department of Public Works as a project engineer and manager.
Sabrina Taylor
Sabrina Taylor joined MedRhythms, a Portland-based medical device company, as the director of clinical trials. Taylor was most recently director of clinical trials at the Center for Brain and Spine Injury at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
Megan Spoerl
IIS Financial Services of South Portland recently discontinued Megan Spoerl as a customer service representative and Cara Pritchett as a customer service representative.
Portland-based medical practice InterMed has announced the following additions to its leadership team:
Rebeccah “Becky” Blackmore
Rebeccah “Becky” Blackmore was hired as finance director. Blackmore previously worked as a finance manager at Southern Maine Medical Center.
Stephen Bragg
Stephen Bragg has come into practice as a Revenue Cycle Manager. Before that he worked in the same position at Spectrum Orthopedics.
Nick Snyder
Nick Snyder has been hired as Director of Compliance. Snyder joins InterMed from Central Maine Medical Center, where he served as a data protection officer and chief compliance officer.
ACTIONS
Heidi Krause
Heidi Krause has been promoted to Director of Clinical Operations at InterMed, who is responsible for overseeing primary and special care practices. Krause previously worked as the head of the pediatric practice at InterMed.
Lewiston-based promotional products retailer Geiger has promoted four employees:
Nathaniel Bullock
Nathaniel Bullock was promoted to Compliance Manager in the Risk Management department. Auburn-based Bullock has been helping to reduce the risk to the company since 2015.
Crystal coolong
Crystal coolong was promoted to head of order processing in the overall maintenance department. Lewiston-based Coolong serves on several honorary committees at Geiger.
Blaine Martineau
Blaine Martineau was promoted to Head of Sales Tax in the Corporate Finance department. Martineau, of Sabattus, holds a degree in accounting from the University of Maine at Augusta.
Allen Whitman
Allen Whitman was promoted to account manager in Crestline. Whitman lives in Manchester.
Ralph Lenfestey was promoted to Lewiston City Finance Director. Lenfestey was hired as a senior accountant in 1997. He was promoted to his last position as interim finance director. He also currently serves as Treasurer of the Lewiston-Auburn Water Pollution Control Authority.

Leann Cailler
Leann Cailler, a personal insurance account executive for Allen Insurance and Financial, was recognized with Safeco’s Insurance Award of Distinction and named Producer of the Year. Cailler from Waldoboro has been with Allen Insurance and Financial since 2007.
CERTIFICATIONS
Jenna Nunziato
Jenna Nunziato, a licensed clinical social worker with Maine Behavioral Healthcare, has earned a certification in perinatal mental health. Nunziato completed the coursework to be certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International. Today she mentors and treats clients in the Lancaster Street outpatient practice of Maine Behavioral Healthcare in Portland.
