EFNEP helps participants learn skills and strategies to provide nutritious meals to their family on a limited budget and improve their overall health. Each week, participants are given tools to practice at home to help them out in the kitchen. This $ 500 adult program is offered for free! Bring your children to the EFNEP youth program at the same time!
