Aligarh: Adept Resource Individuals will reflect on medication, nutritional therapy, dietary habits, and therapeutic options for diabetics, and therapeutic options for diabetic endocrinology, and therapeutic options during the holy month of Ramadan in the extension lecture organized by the Rajiv Gandhi Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology and Department of Diabetes Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) on April 4th at 9:30 am.

The extension lecture program will take place in the conference hall of the Rajiv Gandhi Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology.

Prof. Jamal Ahmad (former dean, Faculty of Medicine, JNMC), Dr. Sarah Alam (Consultative Endocrinologist, Asian Hospital, Faridabad) and Dr. Hamid Ashraf (Director, Rajiv Gandhi Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology) are the assistants.

“The management of diabetes mellitus in Ramadan is a challenging topic and the program will be of great benefit to doctors,” said Dr. Hamid Ashraf.

He added that faculty members, medical students and senior doctors from Aligarh will attend the lecture.
