Insurer Blasts 24 Hour Health’ COVID ‘Air pollution’ Claims

Law360 (May 14, 2021, 4:20 p.m. EDT) – An insurer for gym chain 24 Hour Fitness is asking a Delaware bankruptcy judge to dismiss claims made of the company’s “pollution” coverage for COVID-19 shutdowns Don’t point to a gym that is outright closed due to the virus.
