64-year-old Bollywood actor and film producer Anil Kapoor has the zeal, energy and acting skills that the younger generation lack. While we are busy trying to find excuses to justify our postponement of training, Anils Sprint is enough in his new impressive fitness video to set us off in search of the elixir of youth.
The Tinsel Town star took part in his social media handle and recently shared a sneak peek into his intense training session this Monday and of course the fans were in a frenzy. If you’re looking for a Monday motivation to come back to start the grind, look no further as Anil is here to inspire you with his youthful looks and enviable fitness level in the latest workout video trying his hand at his Problems with a healthy “sprint”. Twist.
Anil wore a blue t-shirt teamed with sweatpants and a pair of white sneakers, and completed his athleisure look with a navy beanie and a pair of white gloves. While warming up on the tracks, you can see him breaking into a robust sprint while a camera records his fitness move on the side.
In the caption he said wittily: “You say you can’t solve your problems, but I’ll do my best to always outperform mine … #mondaymotivation (sic).”

The study highlighted that runners generally have a 25–40% reduced risk of premature mortality and live about 3 years longer than non-runners.
Improved sleep and mood are other benefits of running. According to a group of Dutch researchers, running 2.5 hours a week or 30 minutes five days a week can also result in maximum longevity benefits.
In addition to strengthening muscles and improving cardiovascular fitness, running helps build strong bones as it is a stress exercise and burns many kilojoules, which in turn help maintain a healthy weight.
