MARQUETTE, Michigan (WLUC) – BeWell Marquette provides advice on how to safely approach health and fitness resolutions.

According to the wellness studio, it is important to make small changes that do not completely change everyday life.

When it comes to a healthy diet, it is better to consume unprocessed whole foods, and when it comes to exercise, getting the body varied is one of the best methods.

Kate Lewandowski, co-owner of BeWell Marquette, explained what the studio has to offer to help with fitness resolutions.

“So in January we have thai chi classes, qigong, a variety of yoga classes, and we also have self-massage that works on your own body with balls and sticks and other things.”

BeWell focuses on nourishing the nervous system in the body, which in turn also helps your psychological wellbeing.
