This week’s topic is fitness. Check out our little “chit chat” with Bianca Holman as she describes how she navigates the day and chooses a plant-based food for her diet.
If you are considering starting a plant-based diet, Bianca recommends starting small.
You don’t have to throw away all the meat and dairy products in your refrigerator to switch to a plant-based diet, you can “get involved”. There are milk, butter, and meat alternatives to help you on your journey.
Bianca describes herself as a “flexitarian” because she deals with non-plant foods from time to time, but promotes healthy habits and gets creative to make herself comfortable and choose healthier foods.
