Recently, nutrition and fitness trainer @dee_gautham shared a role on how to eat healthy in Indian restaurants. In the role, the nutrition coach says first to opt for grilled tandoori chicken or paneer tikka, as these options are much lighter than the heavy and creamy sauces. Second, she says that choosing Chana Masala is good because it is loaded with fiber and nutrients and is less heavy when compared to a creamy Dal Makhani.
