Savannah Wright is a fitness model, influencer who started her own fitness program when she couldn’t find a suitable one for her. She became an influencer through her own fitness journey and now shares her methods through a bespoke training program. Wright sat down to share with us some of their positive mindsets.

Being in fitness and being in front of so many people has to be stressful, how do you keep a positive attitude?

Savannah Wright: It can be very stressful, and it’s really easy to get stuck in it. I try not to play the what if game because it only feeds the fear of failure. I try to maintain confidence and I rely heavily on positive affirmations. I do that every day. Mental health is a huge priority, so it is important to maintain balance and take the time to do it.

You mention self-confidence maintenance, how do you keep yourself focused and safe in your business?

Savannah Wright: I believe that things happen with positive intentions. You have to be open to manifesting things, to making the things that you desire. It’s a mindset, look at the world like you are conquering it, and then believe in yourself enough that you can make it. If I think I can be the best in the world at this, then I can be too.

How important is it to stay open-minded?

Savannah Wright: Staying open is so, so important. Don’t get so caught up in your idea of ​​what something should be that you let opportunities slip by. Be open to new ideas, new partnerships, and new ways of doing things, and don’t get too caught up in your own ideas about what things should look like that you can’t grow with.

How do you stay on track and are you so positive all the time?

Savannah Wright: I stay on track by having a clear idea of ​​what I want to do. I always wire this up like a vision board and change things up as I walk. This way I focus on goals.
