With all of the extra goodies and hearty meals around the holidays, packing on the pounds is pretty easy at this time of year.

Life Time Fitness personal trainers Quinn Houck and Branton Sanders showed Jillian and Ryan some key vacation-related steps that will help them stay fit for the season.

Jillian and Ryan learned a full body class of Santa Slams, Candy Cane Twists, Reverse Lunges from Reindeer, Jingle Bell Burpies, and Present Planks.
