We all know that Mandira Bedi is a fitness enthusiast and takes her workout routines very seriously. The actress, who started her 365-day fitness challenge last year, told her fans on Saturday that she was “starting her journey again and finding her way to true wellbeing again”. Mandira shared a picture of herself after training “after a long time” and thanked her for the fact that her “body reacts graciously to exercises”. She wrote, “Arson, a post-workout selfie (timer). I feel better. And my food choices. And I’m grateful that my body is gracious. It’s not just about exercising every day. It’s about to be “thinking of everything … I start my journey again and find my way to true wellbeing again. #insideout #onwardsandupwards #beginagain. “
