Indian designer Masaba Gupta sorted our workout inspiration for the day and brushed aside our weekend delays to hit the gym with a look at her own cardio workout. The diva dropped her jaws in awe with deadlifting as her “new fitness goals”.

Are you looking for a cardio exercise that is best for burning fat and building muscle? Take inspiration from Masaba’s latest workout in the gym, where she easily mastered the deadlift.

Masaba took to her social media page and shared a fitness video straight from her grind of putting on a black sports bra, along with black tights and a pair of black socks to help master the game of athleisure. Masaba pulled her curly locks back into a high bun with a headband to keep them away from her face during the rugged training session, and paused in this position for a few seconds before reattaching the device.

She added a subtitle to the video: “No matter how you feel – point to – set me new fitness goals (sic)” and underlined it with star emojis.

Services:

The deadlift is a strength training exercise that targets the gluteus maximus, which in turn works on the hamstrings, quadriceps, and erector spinae. The flexion and lifting in the compound exercise strengthens the muscles to improve the stability and size of your body in the back chain.

This cardio exercise is best for burning fat and building muscle, and just when we hesitated to exercise that weekend, Masaba’s deadlift video kept us motivated for the rest of the day.

Precautions:

However, this challenging exercise is only recommended if you can do it properly with conditioned arms, shoulders, and back, and have great grip strength and a super strong core. It is not worth bringing your innate ego into the exercise
