As the pandemic may have weighed on personal exercise classes, Apple innovated with Apple Fitness +, bringing a new era of exercise into your fitness program.
The latest on-demand fitness service from Apple is based on the Apple Watch. To ensure that you release those healthy endorphins throughout the day, the studio-style workouts and guided meditations can be streamed to your iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV to make your fitness journey easier.
The group training sessions will be available later this year with SharePlay with up to 32 people in each class. Each trainer is led by a team of different people and ensures that a bespoke session is offered that is tailored to each individual.
Since meditation has developed a prominent place in the self-help arena, these guided videos will help you keep the practice going even on the go. From nine different themes, users can choose the one they want to resonate intensely to ensure they feel zen throughout the day. Each session combines traditional principles in a personal and inclusive way led by a team of experts in the field.
“Whether you’re just starting out, trying something new, or changing your mind and body training, the great and welcoming Fitness + Trainer team is here to help users lead healthy lifestyles no matter where they are on their fitness journey,” said Jay Blahnik, Apple’s Senior Director Fitness Technologies.
Gaining popularity recently, muscle-burning Pilates workouts can be practiced anywhere in the home with a yoga mat and resistance bands. The Fitness + Pilates sessions can be tailored for beginners or experts to ensure they get the maximum results with every lesson.
There is no doubt that music can help exercisers overcome fatigue. With this in mind, Fitness plus has expertly developed an artist spotlight series that fits workouts such as cycling, rowing, HIIT, yoga, dance and much more. Inspired by these Fitness + workouts, Apple Music and Apple One subscribers can enjoy the Fitness + Spotlight series.
For those who enjoy running, Fitness + will also introduce new episodes of Time to Walk, an inspiring audio experience on Apple Watch designed to encourage Fitness + users to get active by walking more often.
As snowboard enthusiasts prepare for their annual ski visits, Fitness + also enables users to build strength, improve balance, and increase endurance to avoid potential injury. Preparing for your favorite winter sport is no longer a task as users can always practice at the level that best suits them.
The new workouts will be available in 15 new countries from September 27th this year. Fitness + will be available in English with subtitles in six languages by a diverse team of trainers. Fitness + is currently available in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. It will be available later this year in Austria, Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. Subscription service costs $ 9.99 ($ 37) per month and $ 79.99 ($ 29.99) per year.
