Weight reduction: Holly Willoughby shares eating regimen & health regime to remain slim

Holly Willoughby made her This Morning debut in 2009 and has co-hosted with Philip Schofield since then. She also presents Dancing On Ice together with Philip. In addition, Holly was team captain at ITV Two’s Celebrity Juice alongside Fearne Cotton from 2008 to 2020.

“Everyone knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to tell you in detail what I ate that day.

“It’s not helpful and it’s not the most important thing.”

Speaking to Prima, Holly added that she “doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders.”

She said, “I try not to focus too much on how I look.

“But I love a slice of processed cheese myself, so I can’t be that militant when it comes to nutrition.”

Holly added that her breakfast meal is yogurt, granola, and berries.

At lunch, she told Fooe Network that her favorite food was “a baked potato with real butter, cheese and beans.”

In addition to regular exercise, a balanced diet should be enjoyed.

Holly reportedly maintains her lean body with boxing classes that can burn 300 calories every 30 minutes.

Speaking of Holly’s fitness regime in an interview, Celebrity Juice host Keith Lemon said, “I heard a rumor that it was some kind of boxing.”

Speaking to Now, a source added, “Holly loves kickboxing and finds it an easy way to keep fit.

“She even has a kickboxing bag in her guest room so she can work out at home.”
