Staying fit and healthy is one of the prerequisites in the glamor industry. But lately, a lot of actors have also been vocal about the fact that mental and emotional fitness also plays an important role when it comes to being physically fit. Annkit Bhatia, currently starring as the antagonist on the series, Bhagya Lakshmi, emphasizes that physical and mental fitness always go hand in hand. “I believe that mental and emotional fitness are equally important because if you are not mentally fit it becomes difficult to keep up with your physical fitness on a regular basis,” says Annkit.

The actor continues, “While being part of the showbiz industry means being in shape and looking good, for me, fitness is more of a part of my lifestyle. Staying true to my fitness routine has made me more focused and disciplined. In the type of scenario we live in, a lot of it has affected our eating habits. So when you consciously work on yourself, you rationalize a lot of good behavior in your routine. ”

He reveals details of his fitness program: “When I take photos I usually carry my equipment and when I can’t exercise I try to eat as clean and green as possible, and when I’m home I don’t miss you not a single day of training. As far as my diet is concerned, I have always believed in a clean and balanced diet without junk food that helps me maintain my body. ”
