  • Tuesdays: 6.30pm-7.30pm
  • Thursdays: 6.30pm-7.30pm

Pilates Mat classes at Taryn Griggs

  • Tuesdays: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 12.30pm-1.30pm
