BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Rocky Mountain Oils, a 17 year old essential oils company, has opened its second headquarters in Melbourne, Florida.
Based in Orem, Utah, the company made the decision to bring its leadership and marketing team to Florida after realizing that the Space Coast region is rich in talent due to the emerging technology and economic growth of recent years.
“Our move to Florida was our first big step in our plan to double employment and business growth over the next year,” said Phoenix Vincent, CEO of Rocky Mountain Oils.
“It is important to me to give women a voice, and I think it’s great that 65 percent of our employees are female and 40 percent of them are in management positions. We’re in the business of expanding, renewing, and breaking glass ceilings. We have a positive influence on our customers every day and the community is the greatest success in my opinion. “
