The Indian men’s cricket team skipper trained his strength and flexibility and recently shared an Instagram video doing a barbell snatch, a form of strength training, with Finesse.
He aptly titled the video: “The work never stops”.
The slow motion video of him work out has collected more than 10.7 million views.
