AN Irvine Fitness Instructors is offering free sessions as part of an ambitious project to improve the wellbeing of local people.
Danielle McLaughlan will use her media production skills and fitness to help set up a studio to help small businesses in the area.
The goal of a mom of two is to map their beloved hometown and help companies create videos to promote their work.
In addition, as part of their project, Daniel is hosting a free session of their own fitness creation Disco Burnout for the city dwellers, which improves not only physical but also mental health. To support.
The ultimate goal is to get businesses to attend Irvine festivals and be part of the City of Wicker movement that Danielle attends.
Wicar is a new free mental health movement that encourages city dwellers to work together to support one another and feel positive.

“The purpose is to provide free promotional services and we plan to host local festivals and events that are already participating in this new free mental health movement, Wicar.”
Daniel plans to bring back Disco Burnout, a unique fitness creation that combines dance and HIIT moves at Irvine Beach Park, for free.
“We plan to have several events in the coming weeks and everyone is working hard to bring something positive to town,” said Daniel.
“I will be back with disco burnout and I am really looking forward to going back to my teacher.
“We will also be holding several fundraising sessions at Beach Park to support our planning and video production projects and to help people regain their health.
“To be honest, I just want to bring something new and positive to the city. Hopefully it will lead to new jobs and new events. I can go out now. I have my own portable podcast device with me. Exciting. ”
