IT IS MORE EFFICIENT BECAUSE YOU GET THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS, WEIGHT AND CARDIO TRAINING, AT ONCE. >> YOU CAN DO ITF, I YOU HAVE STEPS IN THE HOUSE, YOU JUST GO UP AND DOWN IN THE SAME STEP. >> AND LUNGES ARE GREAT. IT’S GOOD FOR THE LOWER BODY. YOU MUST BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE KNEE DEFECTS. BUT LUNGESRE GOOD FOR EVERYTHING FROM THE WAIST DOWN. IT WORKS YOUR GLUTES, YOUR QUADS AND YROU HAMSTRINGS. IT’S A GREAT EXERCISE TO GET READY FOR THE BEACH AND TO HAVE BEAUTIFUL, STRONG, TIGHT LEGS. >> I LOVE IT. WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE FOR US? >> WE MAKE JUMPING JACKS, BICAS JUMPING JACKS.
