Tiffiny Hall first appeared on our screens as “Angel” on Gladiator before becoming a trainer on The Biggest Loser – but despite being known for her fitness, she has faced some serious health problems.

Hall has her own fitness and lifestyle brand, TXO LIFE, and has written several health and fitness books.

But she struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome, which when it occurs can make it nearly impossible to get out of bed in the morning, and small chores like brushing your teeth are an achievement. Exercise is out of the question.

Hall describes the experience as a “crash” that can last days, sometimes weeks. Hall never knows until one day she wakes up and feels like a cloud.

The vast majority of people diagnosed with CFS also have POTS – postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, a circulatory disorder that can cause dizziness and fainting.

Though she experienced her worst fall shortly after the birth of her now three-year-old son Arnold in 2018, Hall began experiencing symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome as a teenager.

“I did live workouts for people in lockdown, but I do 10 minutes and then my other trainer will do 10 minutes. Then it’s like a 20-minute workout, but I’ll never do more, ”she explained.

Hall is determined to try to keep as many people healthy and happy as possible during the lockdown, so they are currently offering free access to TXO LIFE for all Australians.
