The 27 year old freestyle wrestler did a series of exercises to build strength. He also previously shared a video of him rowing dumbbells on his stomach, lying chest down on a sloping bench, rowing dumbbells with both hands.

This workout stimulates your chest, triceps, and shoulders. It also activates many other smaller, stabilizing muscles.

In another video you can see him doing a barbell-glute bridge under the supervision of a fitness trainer. According to healthline.com, this workout helps build strength and endurance in the glutes. It also strengthens the core muscles and is known to help reduce back pain.

In June, Bajrang injured his right knee in the semifinals of the Russian tournament. “I’m ok. It (injuries) happens in sports,” he told PTI.
