The TV personality Mini Mathur gave an insight into her fitness journey in an interesting post on Instagram. Mini Mathur said at the beginning that she is very good with mirror selfies but did her best to click on her post. She also included an honest confession in her post, saying she sucked her belly in for the photo. “Can’t put any more energy into stylish body selfies (bodfies?)”, Read an excerpt from Mini Mathur’s contribution.

The 45-year-old model presenter’s conclusion from her fitness routine is: “It’s so much easier to stay unfit, but I love a tough fight.” Mini Mathur also added thanks for her trainer and yoga teacher and talked about how her love for Bollywood was instrumental in her fitness journey: “Forever thanks to my fitness trainer Vilayat Husain, Iyengar Yoga with Eric Angus classes that I pick from YouTube.”
