The latest smartwatch from Withing combines the traditional minimalist design language of the brand with a fresh reinterpretation of diving watches with stainless steel cases and large tachymeters. Although ScanWatch Horizon looks like a regular analog watch, it has a medical-grade electrocardiogram (EKG) sensor, a built-in Sp02 sensor, fitness tracking for over 30 activities, and processes notifications from your paired smartphone.
ScanWatch Horizon is available in a single size of 43mm with blue and green color options for the case and total station. Both come with stainless steel watch straps and have an extra silicone rubber strap if it suits your personal style more. The display is protected by sapphire crystal and features analog dials with a small circular PMOLED display on top that shows notifications and all health and fitness tracking information.
Despite the looks of a diving watch, the ScanWatch Horizon is only rated at 10 ATM, so you really can’t take it deep into the ocean like a traditional diving watch. Withings takes up to 30 days on a single charge with an extra 20 days in power reserve mode which still shows the time and tracks your activity.

Withings ScanWatch Horizon costs € 499.95 / £ 499.95 in Europe and each watch comes with a 5-year warranty. It is already available in France, Germany and the UK. In the US, Withings is hoping to launch its newest watch sometime in the fourth quarter as it needs FDA approval due to the watch’s EKG monitor.
