We all have our favorite foods and recipes, but we have to admit that some of them can really put on a pound or two! Let’s find a healthy way to make some of our favorite foods using healthy ingredients. It’s a win-win, isn’t it?

Juicy cheese burger with ground turkey
Ingredients:
Ground turkey – 1 lb
Red onion – 1/3 cup
Jalapeno – 1st
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 1/2 tsp
Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
Some cold water
Recipe:
Combine all of these ingredients by hand to create a well-seasoned burger patty.
Fry in a non-stick pan, add a slice of paprika or other healthy cheese.
Add to a toasted bun with fat-free mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato rings.
Your juicy cheese burger is ready!

Frozen dessert
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt – 250 gm
Honey – 2 tbsp
Vanilla pod or extract – 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients well.
Put in a loaf pan and smooth out with a spatula.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Serve chilled with fresh fruit or nuts of your choice.
Your frozen vanilla yoghurt is ready!

Choco Chip Cookies (Healthy!)
Ingredients:
Oatmeal – 200 grams
Melted coconut oil – 50 ml
Honey – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Egg – 1
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – just a pinch
Dark chocolate chips – 50 grams
Recipe:
Grind the oatmeal into a coarse powder / meal.
Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix the baking powder with the oatmeal.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula.
Add your favorite dark chocolate chips.
Scoop our cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Your Choco Chop Cookies are ready to be devoured!
YOU CAN MAKE A FROYO COOKIE SANDWICH BY ADDING A KISS TO YOUR FROZEN VANILLA YOGURT BETWEEN 2 CHOCO CHIP COOKES!

Cauliflower pizza base
Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1
Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
Dried oregano -1/2 tsp
Dried basil -1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1
Recipe:
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Put in a blender and process to a fine texture.
The story goes on
Microwave this for 4 minutes.
Place on a muslin cloth or kitchen towel and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a dough.
Squeeze by hand to form a round 3 to 4 mm pizza crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 260 degrees.
Add your tomato sauce base and favorite toppings and bake yours
Pizza!

Fruit ice cream
Ingredients:
Bananas – 2 – frozen
Strawberries – 1/2 cup – frozen
Milk – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
Put all ingredients in a blender until a smooth paste is formed.
Transfer to a can or bowl and freeze for an hour.
Your healthy strawberry and banana ice cream is ready!
