REGION – The University of Maine Cooperative Extension is launching a free online nutritional series for families in Washington, Hancock, Androscoggin, and Sagadahoc counties starting at 3:30 am– –4:30 from February 11th and every Thursday until April 1st.
“Create Family Meals” contains healthy recipes and tips for choosing healthy meals. Participants in four or more classes will receive a gift bag with cooking utensils and a cookbook.
