Mushrooms with Marsala and Pistachios are a fantastic combination of flavors, which is why this pasta is one of my favorites right now. Try royal trumpet mushrooms, morels, cremini, shiitakes, or oyster mushrooms. They all have different flavors and textures and experimenting with new strains is part of the fun!

Lemon? Check. Crispy skin? The delicious smell of fresh herbs when roasting the bird? Easy enough to do on a weekday? Check, check, and check again. This recipe ticks all the boxes for me, and I’m sure it will apply to you too.

Chicory like radicchio, endive and Treviso are not shriveled violets; Their slightly bitter edge makes them confident enough to withstand even boldly seasoned starters. The lemony dressing adds brightness to any heavy meal.
