The power of infused water, tea, and tonics are increasingly in demand to promote physical and mental health. As the general interest in healthy eating continues to grow, so too does interest in healthy beverages and, in particular, in reducing alcohol consumption. If you were one of the thousands of Australians who attended FebFast, Infused! Contains 70 nutritious hot and cold drinks that use fresh fruits, herbs, flowers, and spices to keep you feeling hydrated, refreshed, and revitalized while continuing to try to limit your alcohol consumption. (Mineralize, energize) Place in the refrigerator for approx. 1.5 liters (6 cups) for 15 minutes. Ingredients 4 figs, a few sprigs of lemon thyme and an additional 1.5 liters (6 cups) of water, garnish with some ice cubes. Method Wash the figs and cut into them wedges. Wash the lemon thyme and pick the leaves. Place the fig wedges, lemon thyme leaves, and ice cubes in a carafe. Add the water. Garnish with additional sprigs of lemon thyme. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Consume in the afternoon. (Good for skin, hair and nails) For approx. 1.5 liters (6 cups). Let it steep for up to 20 minutes at room temperature. Ingredients 2 apricots, some sprigs of rosemary 1 teaspoon pollen (ideally fresh pollen) 1.5 liters (6 cups) some water Ice cubes Method Wash and dig the apricots, then cut them into wedges. Arrange the ice cubes and apricot wedges in a carafe. Add the water. Serve with a sprig of rosemary and a pinch of pollen in each glass. Drink immediately to the health of our bees. Consume 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals. (Anti-fatigue, anti-stress) Makes about 1.5 liters (6 cups) in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to 1 hour. Ingredients 1 dragon fruit 2 limes 8 lychees 1.5 liters (6 cups) water some ice cubes Method Wash the dragon fruit and limes. Peel the lychees and keep them whole. Cut the lime and dragon fruit into slices. Put the ice cubes, fruit slices and lychees in a carafe and pour the water into them. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or more. The color gets deeper the longer it infuses. Consume all day. (Antioxidant, detoxifying) Place in the refrigerator for about 1.5 liters (6 cups) for 15 minutes. Ingredients 200 g blueberries 4 oranges, 2 sprigs of rosemary, plus extra for garnish (optional) 1.5 liters (6 cups) water some ice cubes Method Wash the blueberries, oranges and rosemary. Cut some of the blueberries in half and the oranges into quarters. Put them in a carafe. Add the sprigs of rosemary, water and ice. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Garnish the glasses with a small sprig of rosemary. Consume in the morning.

Makes about 1.5 liters (6 cups)
Let it steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
a few sprigs of lemon thyme plus extra for garnish
1.5 liters of water

Wash the dragon fruit and limes. Peel the lychees and keep them whole. Cut the lime and dragon fruit into slices. Put the ice cubes, fruit slices and lychees in a carafe and pour the water into them. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or more. The color gets deeper the longer it infuses.
Consume all day.
