Chelsea will have to do without Andreas Christensen, N’Golo Kante and Kai Havertz in the last Premier League round against Aston Villa at Villa Park on Sunday. A couple of Chelsea stars are struggling with hamstring problems ahead of the Aston Villa game.

Chelsea will face Aston Villa on Sunday, realizing that a lone triumph over Dean Smith’s side will promise them their ability to play in the Champions League for the next season.

Thomas Tuchel will be sweating about the fitness of some of his players as he will keep an eye out for Chelsea’s Champions League against Manchester City on May 30th.

Andreas Christensen has missed Chelsea’s last three games with a hamstring injury in the Blues’ 2-1 triumph over Manchester City at Etihad Stadium. However, Thomas Tuchel reiterated that Christensen could return during a press conference ahead of Friday’s game against Aston Villa.

N’Golo Kante was in the Peremptory structure for Chelsea. He has recently placed in various game-dominating showcases for the blues. N’Golo Kante was suspended against Leicester City on Tuesday due to a hamstring problem.

Thomas Tuchel noted that N’Golo Kante is in difficult shape and that he could definitely stand out against Aston Villa.

The Chelsea boss will be sweating about the fitness of some of his players as he will be keeping an eye on Chelsea’s Champions League against Manchester City on May 30th.

“It will be very close with NG Kante, but there is some hope that he will come to team training on Friday. If not, he will be there on Monday,” said Tuchel.

The German striker Kai Havertz also has problems with the Achilles tendon. Thomas Tuchel hasn’t ruled out Havertz for Sunday’s game, but said the club should run some tests against the former Bayer Leverkusen man.

“Kai did a test today and will be tried in the group tomorrow,” said the Chelsea supervisor.

Despite a Champions League final against Manchester City on May 30th, Thomas Tuchel is unlikely to have a weak start in XI against Aston Villa on Sunday.

The German will quickly bring the programmed skills to the Champions League by guaranteeing a triumph over Dean Smith’s side at Villa Park. Thomas Tuchel will also be eager to move Chelsea to third place on the Premier League table and improve fourth place last season.
