Creative TikTok chefs have come up with some of the tastiest, healthiest soup recipes you can imagine – and they’re so easy to make! Here are five easy and healthy soup recipes from TikTok.

1. Korean beef and seaweed soup
Also known as miyeok guk, this aromatic Korean soup is a traditional birthday dish in Korea but can be enjoyed anytime you crave a healthy and delicious meal. To prepare it, soak dried seaweed in water until it turns a rich green color. Then fry the beef and seaweed strips while stirring and add the seaweed water after five minutes. Once the water boils add a chopped clove of garlic, cook another five minutes and the soup is ready to eat!

2. Vegan four-ingredient potato and leek soup
Only four ingredients are needed for this simple soup recipe, but it still has tons of flavor! To prepare it, toss some chopped leeks in a saucepan and cook them with olive oil and salt. Once they’re translucent, add potatoes, pistachios, and a few cups of water. When the potatoes start to soften, mix up the soup, then add more pistachios, lemon juice, and salt for extra flavor!
3rd Coriander-lime-chicken soup
This coriander lime chicken soup is so easy to make! Just grab a store-bought fried chicken and add it to a saucepan with some canned tomatoes and onions, chicken broth, garlic, green peppers, and celery. Once the broth has boiled down a bit and the ingredients are heated, add the taco seasoning, lime juice, and coriander.
4th Butternut squash chili pepper soup

This creamy butternut squash soup is packed with nutrients. To do this, cut a butternut squash in half and roast it in the oven. Then season onion and garlic with paprika and chilli flakes and fry in a pan. As soon as the butternut squash is cooked, scoop it out and mix it in a food processor with the garlic and onion and some coconut milk. Finally, put the mixture in a pan and heat it up. Then garnish the soup with parsley and cayenne pepper.
5. Vegan ginger and vegetable soup
This vegan ginger and vegetable soup is calming, healthy, and so full of flavor! First cook some garlic, spring onions, ginger, carrots, celery, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and chickpeas and season them with paprika flakes, turmeric, oregano, thyme, sage, garlic powder and salt and pepper. While the vegetables are cooking, stir in some vegetable stock and coconut milk. Once the soup is ready, you can either puree it until smooth or eat it as is!
