Not difficult at all, especially since I bought prepared dumpling wraps. In fact, this recipe is so simple that if the little one needs a rainy day, eat your veggies. (Leave out the fresh ginger to reduce the heat.) Then branch into other varieties and add in tofu, shredded cooked chicken, or any other scrap protein you have on hand. Ready in less than 20 minutes, this delicious DIY dumpling project will only go wrong if you don’t at all.
