Actress and 90 days fiance Star Natalie Mordovtseva announced she has lost 30 pounds and will soon be training TLC fans with a new fitness program. When Natalie returned to 90-day fiance: happy forever? With Mike Youngquist, fans noticed a difference in their weight from their season eight appearance. While questions about plastic surgery surfaced and fans asked if Natalie had implants, the Ukrainian star confessed that she actually gained weight on HEA. Now that Natalie looks terrifyingly thin again, she revealed her secret to her Instagram fans while promoting her fitness program.
Fans noted that Natalie has always been defaced since she first met her in the seventh season of 90 Days Fiancé. Some suspected it was Natalie who beautified her looks in America with cosmetic surgery, while others blamed Photoshop for it. But Natalie revealed that her stressful food made her gain about 20 pounds. While announcing that she was now working on getting fit, Natalie also had her abdomen, waist, back and chin suctioned. But during her new Instagram Live, Natalie spoke about how, while she relied on her problem areas, she relied on diet and exercise to look slim.

During her Live on IG, Natalie Mordovtseva told her 90-day fiancé followers about getting 30 pounds heavier. After deciding to lose weight, she met her friend and trainer Jeyran Dursunova on an intermittent fasting Facebook group. Natalie looked noticeably thinner, revealing that her makeover was due to exercise, IF, and the keto diet as recommended by her friend. “I looked perfect in three months,” enthused Natalie, admitting that she saw the first results after a month and a half. In the caption for the live, Natalie posted on her feed, she revealed her coaching program “My Fitness Way,” which she will launch on June 14th.
“My followers, who are ready to lose weight, get fit and have an individual nutrition and exercise plan every day, receive my exclusive 30% discount,” wrote 90-day fiancée star Natalie about her lucrative offer. Natalie also mentioned a private Facebook group where participants would interact with her and the trainer for three months. With 24-hour support, members could also follow Natalie and Jeyran’s live discussions on “educational topics” every week. Finally, Natalie added: “I hope you will become part of our family on our way to a healthy and beautiful body.”
The comments remained typical, however, criticizing Natalie for being obsessed with herself and promoting fitness right after she openly admitted to liposuction. “Waaaiiitttt, NO OTHER CELEBRITIES who then had an operation sponsor a ‘weight loss program’?” Posted a fan when she told the 90-day fiancé star with the words “You did not follow this program because you had an operation. Periodt. “Another fan joked:” After training, take your 1 carrot and go to your corner. “
