Tennis ace Sania Mirza motivated over eight lakh students in a master class that was supposed to inspire them to lead a healthy lifestyle through fitness and yoga. The tennis champion highlighted the importance of physical and mental exercise for students to help combat reduced physical activity and anxiety.
EdTech Major in the K-12 segment, LEAD initiated its second MasterClass to enable school children to experience general development and growth by working with renowned experts to share their knowledge and experience.
The first creative writing course was held with the author Chetan Bhagat.
Shared her mantra, “Build Your Inner Core and Build Your Muscles to Stay Fit,” shared her mantra, explaining the role of discipline in life to students by sharing anecdotes about how she coped with both sports and academics.
Sania spoke to mothers about her role in helping their children stay mentally and physically strong during the pandemic while maintaining their own health through fitness activities.
