3. Curd Upma
Upma is a South Indian breakfast recipe that looks like a porridge. Similar to Moong Dal Cheela, it is packed with health benefits and will keep you full for a long time. If you’ve been full for a long time, you don’t feel like getting stuck in something salty or greasy. This upma also comes with added goodness for curd which is very advisable in the summer. 4. Dadpe Poha
