To eat healthy food
In 2020, people with no belief in healthy lifestyles suddenly changed their minds. A recent study showed that every Indian household had the most amounts of it healthy drinks and cooked foods during lockdown from coronavirus fear.
In India, people had consumed kadas every morning – a healthy drink made from Ayurvedic herbs. Regular exercise and a balanced and nutritious meal would surely help us defeat such a pandemic in the near future. However, a strict diet is not what a healthy lifestyle means. For example, when a person starts a Keto diet or intermittent fasting is not what makes him or her a healthy life. Remember, our bodies need all kinds of nutrients and the only source of them is food.
What exactly is clean eating?
Eating clean does not mean that all food must be eaten raw. The second most important step is to cut down on foods with added salt, sugar or fat. Clean eating recipes include any meal that is lower in carbohydrates but high in protein and low in calories. Start with simple meals to get used to the habit, such as whole grain fried chicken wrap for lunch.
To get a clear sense of what is actually accepted in a clean eating habit, here are 5 great examples of recipes:
1. Lean Meat: The best sources of protein are lean meats like chicken and turkey, which are lower in salt and are a great option for covering the average person’s daily caloric intake.
