March is National Food Month and week three focuses on learning skills to prepare delicious meals. Michelle Dudash, RDN, Chef and Writer joined us today to help you get started on her new Seafood Stew recipe.

How To Add Protein To Smoothies: Green CBD Oil Smoothie Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of wrapped greens (i.e. kale, chard, spinach)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 17 mg CBD content CBD oil *
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • ½ small avocado
  • ¾ cup of soy milk, simple, unsweetened (can replace another type of high-protein, plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

Put all items in a blender and process for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
